The order of the Government of Russia of March 16, 2020 No. 635-p "On the temporary restriction of entry into Russia of foreign citizens and stateless persons and the temporary suspension of the issuance and issuance of visas and invitations" was amended by the following orders:
- the Order of the Government of Russia dated 28.07.2021 N 2084-p;
- the Order of the Government of Russia dated 04.08.2021 N 2156-p.
These orders remove restrictions on entry to the territory of Russia for citizens, as well as for persons holding a residence permit or other document confirming the right to permanent residence in the following states:
from July 28, 2021
- Albania;
- France;
- Czech Republic;
from August 09, 2021
- Bahrain;
- Dominican Republic;
- Moldova.
The above persons are allowed to enter the territory of Russia, provided that it is carried out:
- from the states specified in Appendix No. 1 of the Order of the Government of Russia dated March 16, 2020 No. 635-p and from the Republic of Belarus (the full list is here);
- through air checkpoints across the state border of Russia;
- if these foreign citizens have a negative PCR test for COVID-19, performed no earlier than 72 hours before arrival in the territory of Russia.
In addition, these persons are no longer subject to restrictions on accepting documents, issuing and issuing invitations to enter, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia has resumed accepting documents for citizens of these countries to obtain a work permit.
