The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Russia has increased the number of quotas for the issuance of work permits to foreigners arriving in Russia on a visa based in 2021.
This decision was confirmed by order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russia dated 05.08.2021 No. 549n "On Amendments to Appendices No. 1 - 3 to the Order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation No. 878n". For example, the number of quotas for Moscow was increased from 3720 to 4284 and St. Petersburg – from 2321 to 2513.
