From 14.09.2021, without a PCR test Russians vaccinated only with Sputnik V can visit Turkey 22.09.2021

Since September 14, 2021, Turkey has stopped letting in the country of Russians vaccinated with EpiVacKorona, KoviVac. Such tourists, as before, will need a PCR test done no earlier than 72 hours before arrival or an antigen test done no earlier than 48 hours before arrival.

According to the decision of the Turkish Ministry of Internal Affairs, those foreign citizens who have completed a full course of vaccination more than 14 days ago with one of the vaccine approved by WHO or Turkey are exempted from taking the PCR test. At the moment, only the Russian Sputnik V vaccine is officially approved by Turkey for emergency use on its territory.
 
Earlier, from September 3, 2021, Turkey stopped accepting certificates of vaccination with Sputnik Light.
