Therefore, the Russians vaccinated with foreign vaccines will be able to obtain a vaccination certificate for a period of six months after passing the test. We believe that this is the first step towards the possibility of foreign citizens in the future to also receive a QR code using a similar scheme, especially in the case of the introduction of mandatory QR codes at the federal level.
In addition, citizens with positive PCR tests for coronavirus after January 1, 2022 will also be offered to take antibody tests to issue a certificate for a year. Moreover, for those who do not have data on a positive PCR test - for six months.
