Amendments to the Order No. 635-r has been made by the Order of the Government of Russia dated 10.12.2021. These amendments introduces new restrictions on entry to citizens of the following countries, as well as to citizens which stayed in the mentioned countries in the period of 14 days preceding entry to Russia:
• Botswana;
• Zimbabwe;
• Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China;
• Lesotho;
• Madagascar;
• Mozambique;
• Namibia;
• Tanzania;
• Eswatini;
• South Africa.
Restrictions on issuing invitations to Russia entry, work permits and visas citizens and permanent residents of the above countries are suspended has been introduced. There are no exceptions for the abovementioed foreign citizens.
