This petition is aimed at solving such problems related to the latest changes in migration legislation, such as:
- the lack of regulations for the provision of medical documents to a subdivision of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the case when a decision was made to issue a work permit for a visa foreign citizen;
- the absence of the need to undergo fingerprinting and a medical examination is not directly enshrined in any of the existing regulatory legal acts if it is not planned to obtain a work permit, and a foreign citizen has not been in Russia for more than 30 calendar days (90 for unemployed);
- there is no clear information about which categories of foreign citizens and where must undergo fingerprint registration.
