State control (supervision) in the field of migration not included in the new “Unified register of types of control” yet 05.05.2022

The development of the “Unified register of types of control” appeared due to the reform of control (supervisory) activities and was legally fixed by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 528 dated April 2, 2021.

The “Unified register of types of control” includes a detailed description of all types of control at the federal, regional and municipal levels, indicating the supervisory authorities exercising them. The data from this register is the primary source for other information systems in the field of control, primarily for the “Unified register of control (supervisory) measures”, which is a tool through which the inspection bodies receive approval for carrying out control measures from the prosecutor's office.

From July 1, 2021, almost any visit of the supervisor is possible only after agreement with the prosecutor's office and registration of the event in the FGIS "Unified register of control (supervisory) measures", the new information system is operated by the General Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation.

Therefore, all by-laws issued in order to implement the Federal Law of December 26, 2008 N 294-FZ are valid for federal state control (supervision) in the field of migration and for a number of other types of control until December 31, 2024 (inclusive), i.e. FGIS “Unified register of inspections” continues to function and the formation of annual consolidated plans for these types of control will also continue, but information on such types of control and supervision has not been included in the “Unified register of types of control” yet.
