Starting from March 2009 AmCham introduced the new procedure for obtaining work permits. It is still allowed to submit the documents at a “One window” service for company’s permit for employment, work permit, invitation letter for work visa/work visa. Now all AmCham members have the right to submit the documents directly to the AmCham authorized person. AmCham will transfer all documents to the Federal Migration Service then.
The program is aimed only for AmCham members. One should bring all documents to the following address: Moscow, Dolgorukovskaya 7, 14th floor.
AmCham declares that the documents will be processed by the Federal Migration Service within 45 working days.
An employer should of cause have an approved Quota for foreign labor hire. He should also inform the territorial Center for Employment on foreign labor hire plans 30 days prior to the application for company’s permit for employment and work permit.
