REFUSAL ORDER
The customer’s right to terminate the service agreement is implemented in accordance with art. 32 of the Law of the Russian Federation of 07.02.1992 N 2300-1 "On Protection of Customer Rights", as well as in accordance with the norms of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The customer has the right to terminate the service agreement at any time by paying the service provider a portion of the price in proportion to the service rendered before receiving the notice of termination of the contract and reimbursing the service provider the expenses incurred by him up to this point in order to execute the contract if they are not included in the price portion of the service .
When detecting deficiencies in the service provided, the customer has the right to demand at his choice:
- free elimination of deficiencies;
- a corresponding price reduction;
- reimbursement of expenses incurred by them to correct deficiencies on their own or by third parties.
The customer has the right to make claims related to the shortcomings of the service rendered, if they are found during the warranty period, and if it is not available within a reasonable time, within two years from the day the service is accepted.
